The rules,
in plain language.

Using this site

This site is published by Happybuy to describe its products and collections. You may read it, link to it and print pages for your own use. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it for a competing catalog, or present its content as your own.

Orders

Orders are placed through our shop at store.happybuy.world. The contract of sale is formed there, with the terms shown at checkout. This site does not take payment and does not form a contract on its own.

Product information

We describe capacity, power, voltage and materials as accurately as we can. Specifications can change between production runs, and photographs are illustrative: a fitting, label or accessory may differ from the image. Where a detail matters to your installation, confirm it with support before ordering.

Availability and pricing

Availability and prices are set in the shop and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by a listing error, with a full refund.

Warranty and returns

The 12-month limited warranty and the 30-day return window are described on the shipping and returns page. Those terms form part of these terms.

Safety and installation

Our equipment is intended for commercial or smallholding use by people who have read the manual. Electrical work must be carried out by a qualified person, and the supply must match the rating plate. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect voltage, incorrect installation, or operation outside the manual.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual property

The Happybuy name, logo, product photography and copy on this site are owned by Happybuy or used with permission. The site design is original to this project. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to consumer rights you have where you live.
